We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over ₦500,000. Standard delivery typically arrives within 5–7 business days. Each piece is delivered in our signature sustainable packaging, ensuring safe transit to any destination worldwide.

Express Delivery

Express shipping is available for ₦15, arriving within 2–3 business days. Please select the Express Option at checkout to expedite your order processing.

International Shipping

We deliver worldwide via DHL Express. International shipments typically take 7–14 business days. Real-time rates, custom duties, and localized tax estimates will be generated clearly at the checkout stage.

Dispatch & Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM BST are dispatched the same day. Handcrafted, bespoke, and custom-tailored archive items will require 3–5 days of preparation before dispatch. You will receive an automated tracking link upon shipment.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, undamaged, with original luxury tags and labels fully attached. Return shipping is complimentary for all primary regions.

How to Return

1. Access your account portal or click the "Register Return" link below.

2. Choose the item you wish to return and state the reason.

3. A prepaid shipping label will be generated and emailed directly.

4. Securely seal the piece in its original packaging and affix the label before handing to our courier partner.

Exchanges

Should you require a different size or alternative colourway, exchanges are facilitated free of charge within 14 days of delivery. Availability of size replacements is dependent on immediate atelier stock.

Damaged Items

Each piece is subject to strict quality verification before leaving the atelier. However, if any product arrives compromised, please contact our concierge within 48 hours of receipt with illustrative photographs.
