You are permitted to use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of our proprietary assets, editorial text, or visual portfolios is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict access to users violating these security boundaries.
3. Products & Pricing
Our luxury items are priced in Nigerian Naira (NGN), though local conversions may apply globally. We strive to maintain extreme accuracy in visual representation; however, minor textile variations may occur due to heritage weaving techniques. House of Izzi reserves the right to correct pricing errors, alter availability metrics, or withdraw items without prior liability.
4. Orders & Payment
Upon submitting an order, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email marks the receipt of your request but does not constitute formal acceptance of the order. Acceptance occurs once master tailors verify fabric inventory and initiate dispatch. We accept secure major global credit cards, bank transfers, and verified local digital payment options.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Standard global deliveries are handled by premium sustainable courier partners. Typical processing times span 3–5 working days for ready-to-wear lines, while bespoke atelier creations necessitate custom timeline arrangements. International consignments may incur additional customs duties, fees, or foreign import tariffs which remain the sole obligation of the recipient.
6. Returns & Exchanges
We provide a refined 14-day return window starting from physical delivery confirmation. To be eligible for return or bespoke swap, items must remain in pristine, unworn condition with all signature House labels attached. Custom couture measurements are non-refundable. Verified refunds are credited to original payment platforms within 10 business days.
7. Intellectual Property
All original garment blueprints, custom prints, editorial campaigns, brand insignia, logos, digital layout code, and original stories displayed on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of House of Izzi. Any commercial misuse or unauthorized copyright appropriation will be met with immediate legal intervention.
8. Limitation of Liability
House of Izzi shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or punitive damages resulting from your navigation of this digital boutique, shipping delay incidents beyond direct courier control, or safe usage limitations of standard luxury fabrics.
9. Governing Law
These terms are legally governed and interpreted in absolute accordance with the sovereign laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any formal dispute or litigation arising from this contract will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Lagos.
